At FoxSell, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfying experience with our subscription-based services. This Returns and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription and request a refund for our paid plans (Pro, Scale, Growth, and Enterprise). Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

1. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription to any paid plan (Pro: $49/month or $149/year; Scale: $149/month or $1,490/year; Growth: $249/month or $2,490/year; Enterprise: custom pricing) at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@foxsell.app

  • Immediate Termination: Upon cancellation, your access to all paid features will cease immediately.
  • No Further Charges: No additional charges will be applied after cancellation, provided the request is made before your next renewal date (monthly or annual). If cancellation occurs after a renewal has processed, you will not be refunded for the new billing period already charged.
  • Development Stores: Free access for development stores ends when you transition to a live store or paid plan. No cancellation is required during development as no charges apply.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial and a 60-day money-back guarantee to ensure your confidence in our services. Refunds are handled as follows:

  • 14-Day Free Trial: All paid plans include a 14-day free trial, allowing you to explore all features without commitment. No charges apply during the trial, and no refunds are applicable unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
  • 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your initial payment for any paid plan. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions, with no questions asked.
  • Post-60-Day Period: After 60 days from your initial payment:
    • Monthly plans are non-refundable.
    • Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription term, minus any discounts (e.g., the 17% savings on yearly plans: Pro $149, Scale $1,490, Growth $2,490).
  • Development Stores: No charges apply to development stores, so no refunds are available.
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

Additional services such as Theme Customizations, Store Customization, or Custom Bundle Experiences (e.g., for Enterprise plans) are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise at the time of purchase.

4. Bundle Sales Limits

Each plan includes a monthly bundle sales limit (Pro: $5,000; Scale: $15,000; Growth: $25,000; Enterprise: unlimited). Exceeding your plan’s limit may prompt an upgrade request from us. Refunds or cancellations will not be issued solely for exceeding these limits.

5. Termination by FoxSell

If we terminate your subscription due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., unlawful use or abuse of the Services), no refunds will be provided, including within the 60-day money-back period. You will remain liable for any outstanding fees up to the termination date.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To cancel your subscription or request a refund:

  • Contact our support team at support@foxsell.app with your account details and, for refunds, your reason for the request.
  • Refunds within the 60-day money-back guarantee will be honored without question. Requests outside this period will be reviewed case-by-case and must comply with this policy.

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Returns and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately, with notice provided where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
